Please read carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any of the programs, webinars, coaching services, support groups, podcasts, external links, site.

Programs, services, webinars, courses, groups are owned and operated by Little Wave Coaching, LLC (“Company“, “our,” “us”). The term “I” and “you“ refer to any purchaser and/or user of programs, services, or products.

Health Care Acknowledgment & Disclaimer

You understand and acknowledge Little Wave Coaching, LLC, and Sophie Gourdon are not a medical practice and that Sophie Gourdon is not a doctor and does not have any license as a medical care or mental health provider, psychologist, psychiatrist, or otherwise.

No aspect of Little Wave Coaching is meant to be a substitute for professional advice from your professional care provider. Sophie Gourdon makes no warranties expressed or implied to the completeness, accuracy, or appropriateness for any purpose of any information or instruction provided through the services. You acknowledge and agree that when taking any action or program that may be described in the services, that there is a possibility for emotional distress, and you assume the risk and responsibility for any such actions.

You hereby release Little Wave Coaching, LLC, and Sophie Gourdon and waive any and all claims against for any damages you may incur arising out of or related to your use of Little Wave Coaching’s Services, Site, or Products, complimentary or paid. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Wave Coaching from any damages, liabilities, losses, or other claims incurred by Little Wave Coaching and arising out of or related to your use of Little Wave Coaching Services, Site, or Products.

Hypnosis services should first be cleared by your licensed medical provider to determine if it is a suitable option for you. Hypnosis:

• should never be used as a substitute for medical or psychological treatments prescribed by your licensed provider

• may not be appropriate for those with a history of seizures, epilepsy or other neurological conditions, schizophrenia, psychosis, dissociation, some heart conditions, recent trauma, unstable mental health conditions, or extreme emotional distress

• is considered safe when approved by your licensed health care provider and conducted by a certified practitioner

Disclosure and Disclaimer Regarding Services

SOPHIE GOURDON IS NEITHER A TRAINED MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER NOR A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER. NONE OF HER SERVICES ARE INTENDED TO REPLACE MEDICAL TREATMENT.

Little Wave Coaching, LLC/Sophie Gourdon does not offer the services or treatment of a licensed physician, clinical psychologist, mental health counselor, or psychiatrist. Little Wave Coaching, LLC/Sophie Gourdon is not licensed to practice psychology or mental health counseling, and therefore Little Wave Coaching, LLC/Sophie Gourdon does not claim to offer any psychological or mental health benefits.

Little Wave Coaching, LLC/Sophie Gourdon disclaims all statements, representations, warranties, agreements or promises regarding the use or benefits of the Services, whether made by Provider, its clients, employees, agents, or contractors. Participating in Program does not guarantee success, and Provider makes no representation or guarantee through Client’s participation in the Services.  All information on Provider website or included in statements, testimonials or materials made or distributed by or on behalf of Provider are for informational purposes only, and not intended to be relied on by Client or to constitute a representation of the effects or benefits of the Services.

Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, & Agreement to Arbitrate

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. BY USING AND/OR PURCHASING MY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS:

By purchasing any of my programs or any services from Little Wave Coaching, LLC, and Sophie Gourdon, you further represent that you have read and understood and agree to the following:

I freely and voluntarily choose to participate in the programs or services offered. My participation may include unknown negative reactions. I accept any and all risks for any adverse reactions that I may have. I understand that participants with certain health conditions such as active addictions, suicidality, self-harm, severe emotional distress, epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia, or some heart conditions are not recommended to participate in some of the Programs or Services.

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS associated with the  Coaching Services, Program, Podcast, known or unknown, including without limitation injury, illness, death, and/or other adverse reactions. I am aware of such risks associated with the Program, including my own physical condition and the actions or conduct of others that I may come into contact with after participating in it. I understand that by participating in the Coaching Program, I may experience emotional personal memories.

ASSUMING ALL SUCH RISKS, I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST, WILL NOT SUE AND WILL HOLD HARMLESS, Provider from all actions, omissions, causes of action, suits, debts, damages, losses, judgments, injuries, liabilities, and claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity (collectively, “Claims”), including without limitation personal injury and death, emotional distress, indirect damages, consequential damages or exemplary damages, even though such Claims may be caused by or result from the negligence or carelessness of such released parties.

I agree that this waiver and release binds me and my heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives, successors and assigns. Further, I agree to indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless Provider, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents and representatives, from and against all Claims arising from or in connection to my involvement or participation in the Services offered by Provider.

Once payment has been made, there are no refund and I accept that there is a no-refund policy.  If on a payment plan, I accept that payments must be made on time and that cancellation of payment plan is not permitted unless discretionary at request from Sophie Gourdon with proof of reason. By purchasing the program or service as the “Client”, I accept the foregoing disclosure, disclaimer, assumption of risk and waiver, and I represent and warrant for Provider’s reliance, and agree, as material consideration without which Provider would not provide the Services, that:

(1) I HAVE CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY READ AND AGREED TO ALL OF THE FOREGOING;

(2) All of my questions have been answered to my full satisfaction;

(3) I am not relying on any statement, representation or warranty, agreement or promise by or on behalf of Provider that is not expressly set forth in writing signed by Provider;

(4) I am aware that this is an assumption of risk, release of liability and agreement to arbitrate and that I am giving up legal rights; and

(5) I have purchased the coaching program or services of my own free will and understand my obligation to pay whether in full or by payment plan 

I have read and agree to the provisions stated above for myself, the Client. I agree to indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless Provider, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents and representatives, of all liabilities, claims, losses, damage or injury to person or property which may occur or be incident to Client’s involvement or participation in the Services offered by Provider.

This program/services is/are non-refundable and once purchased, I understand that there is a NO REFUND POLICY. If a payment plan is undertaken, the client will undertake it to satisfy all payments. The Provider reserves the right to end the program or services for the Client at any stage if in breach of rules of the program or services, including messaging other members/clients without permission.

All property within the program or services is subject to IP law and cannot be shared with others both on and offline and a breach of this will constitute legal action.
