Breath Work for Anxiety

This is a short clip from a full 60min class over on Soma Yoga, a trauma informed Yoga platform. The pranayama (breath work) practice we explore in this video is called Chandra Bedhana, translated into Moon Piercing breath. It's a very calming and soothing breath, and we explore it in a few different ways. Take your time, there's no rush.
